Opal Ridge Resort is being developed on 11 acres above Shuswap Lake.
The first phase consists of 11 long-term RV sites with water, sewer, metered power, shared onsite laundry, and on-property boat storage planned. Some sites will have private fenced yards; others will remain open.
This is a small long-term property rather than a high-density overnight campground. Individual site dimensions and photos are listed on the RV Sites page.
Select sites will have private perimeter fencing. Final fencing assignments will be shown in each site listing once the construction layout is confirmed.
The current target is to begin opening sites between October 15 and 31, 2026. The date remains an estimate until construction and approvals are complete.

Opal Ridge sits on a private ridge above Shuswap Lake in Celista, BC. Gated entry, lake views, and 11 acres of space — with Scotch Creek services 12 minutes away and Kamloops an hour behind you.
The north shore of Shuswap Lake is one of BC's most visited corridors. The property puts you above it, not in the middle of it.
